FCA have completed the refurbishment and re-imagination of a commercial office premises on Fashion Street in central London. The fit out included the main office spaces, kitchenettes and back of house facilities delivering engaging and simple workspaces for rent.

Characterising the public areas, a fin ribbed plywood ceiling creates visual zoning whilst the simply fitted melamine kitchen and softwood handles ensures overall cohesion. Similarly, simple white tiles are carefully set out in an identical format alongside a bold yellow linoleum floor finish which is followed through from kitchenettes to bathrooms and together in an overarching vision.
